Bio Vera wires farms, freight and shelf sales onto one trace spine
HAMBURG — Bio Vera casts itself as an operator, not a listings broker: one stack links contracted parcels, packing lines, refrigerated legs and sales under its own badge.
Field apps capture diary entries, GPS stamps and—when the worksheet demands it—photos; downstream buyers download one dossier instead of chasing email attachments.
Consumers still open the story via the QR passport—origin, farmer card, inspections—but the company says the payload is sized for auditors wherever statutes force disclosure.
Optional on-farm packing is pitched as fewer anonymous hand-offs between crate and retailer.
Bio Vera repeats it owns the QA narrative before releasing lots into programmes it supplies—not a neutral marketplace matching strangers.
Leadership still floats possible US moves late 2027–28 but ties every geography to local regulatory clearance.
“If we cannot defend the timestamp in court or at retail QA, we do not ship it—that is the bar.”
